Returns Policy

If in the unlikely event that some of your furniture arrives damaged we will do everything we can to resolve the matter to a satisfactory conclusion for customers.  If there is a genuine problem we will sort it out for you.  All we ask is that you notify us within 7 days of the furniture being delivered as we cannot be held responsible for any wear and tear.  The statement below sums up our policy.

'We offer a no quibble 7 day return service which is subject to the item being returned at the buyers expense and a 10% restocking fee and the item being unopened and in perfect condition. Faulty items or items that does not meet the items description will be offered a refund or provided with a replacement item within 30 days of us being notified. We unconditionally reserve the right not to refund if the goods are not returned in a suitable condition. Please allow 30 days to process refunds'
